Thank you for choosing Extreme Strings. We take pride in providing high-quality services, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our services.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you decide to cancel your booking or request a refund for our services, please notify us as soon as possible. The following conditions apply to cancellations and refunds:
a. For cancellations made 31 days or more prior to the scheduled event, we will refund 50% of the total amount paid beyond the non-refundable retainer (see below).
b. For cancellations made within 30 of the scheduled event, a refund will not be provided.
Non-Refundable Retainer
In some cases, we may require a non-refundable retainer to secure your booking. The retainer amount will be communicated to you during the booking process. Please note that retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Force Majeure
In the event that Extreme Strings is unable to perform at your scheduled event due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule the performance. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of the amount paid will be provided.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at violinist@extremestrings.com and provide the necessary details of your booking. We will review your request and respond to you within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
No-Show Policy
If, for any reason, you or the event organizers fail to provide the necessary arrangements or information for our performance to proceed as agreed upon, resulting in a no-show, no refund will be provided.
Modifications to Services
In the event that you request modifications to the services after the booking has been confirmed, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Extreme Strings.
